Congrats Gift Tag with Couture Cutting Dies, what you need—

Congrats Gift Tag with Couture Cutting Dies, how to make it—

1. Cut a strip of pink cardstock slightly narrower than your tag. Position the edge of the lacy frame die as shown and secure with washi tape. Die-cut.

3. Die cut the glass silhouette gatefold shape from blue cardstock and trim off the glass. Cut the bubbles from gold metallic and glue on top of the glass. Use foam tape to attach to the front of the tag. Note: Cut foam tape very thin to attach the stem of the glass to prevent it from sagging.

4. Stamp “congrats” on white with black, then trim and foam tape over the glass as shown.

5. Tie a bow in checked ribbon and glue to the top of the tag.

That’s it—easy!
