Here’s what you’ll need:

Grape Fizz, Blue Raspberry Perfect Pearls from the Confections set (Ranger)

Claudine Hellmuth Multi Medium Gel Medium (Ranger)

– Jet Black Archival ink (Ranger)

– 1 3/8″ circle punch

– Detail paintbrush

– Palette knife

– Gold embroidery thread

– Blue Shimmer Sheetz from the Sampler set (Elizabeth Craft Designs)

– Textile Texture embossing plate (Cuttlebug)

– Cardstock: White, gold

– Stamps: Heartfelt Greetings, Serendipity Flowers (Hot Off The Press)

Craft sheet (Ranger)

Here’s how to do it—

1) Make a paste from gel medium and Blue Raspberry on your craft sheet. Use the palette knife to spread the mixture onto a 7 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ piece of white cardstock. Let dry.

2) Wrap with gold embroidery thread and knot at the front of the cardstock.

3) Stamp the sentiment on white cardstock and mat on gold. Stamp the butterfly on white and circle-punch. Mix Grape Fizz Perfect Pearls with water and color with the paintbrush. Repeat to add Blue Raspberry. Let dry, then mat offset on another circle of gold cardstock. Glue both to the background as shown.

4) Form a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/4″ blank white card. Emboss the Shimmer Sheetz and glue to the left side. Add a 4 1/4″ x 2″ piece of gold metallic cardstock, then place the focal on top.
