Ranger and Lazertran Classes!

My Art Workshops by the Sea plan has changed a bit! Instead of being one 3-day event, we’re going to make it into two separate classes, one on Ranger techniques and one on Lazertran. Here’s the info!

Mixed-Media Techniques with Ranger Ink

July 20, in Florence, Oregon

Cost: $99 (or $185 for both)

Sara Naumann Ranger Workshop

If you make art journals, ATCs, handmade cards or collage, this workshop is for you! You’ll explore a variety of versatile techniques featuring Ranger’s alcohol inks, Distress Inks, sprays, paints and pens, plus the latest stamps from local company Hot Off The Press.

You’ll get hands-on experience with 21 different techniques as we create a sampler of stamped, inked and painted examples. (Perfect as inspiration-at-hand when you get home…or to refer to next week or next year!) You’ll explore everything from faux suede to Sticky-Back Canvas transfers, Distress Marker stamping, metal Cuttlebug alcohol inking, alcohol ink monoprints, Watermark Resist and more. We’ll get inky, painty and have a great time! Cost

Lazertran array Sara NAumann blog Lazertran workshop

Explore, create and discover a wealth of mixed-media techniques using Lazertran waterslide decal paper to integrate photos and stamped images into your artwork.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of Lazertran, as we explore layering, distressing and personalizing photos. We’ll then experiment with adding alcohol ink, Distress ink, Dylusions sprays and stamps into the mix for even more creative options. You’ll leave with a sampler of creative techniques to have on hand for future inspiration.
