Stampers Grove PaperArtsy: One Background, Two Ways!

Hi everyone!

Hopefully you were able to join me last Saturday for a live demo over on the Stampers Grove Facebook page. I shared a stamped, stenciled background using my new PaperArtsy stamps and stencils on kraft paper, and then did the same background onto white card. Here’s the card I demonstrated—

Here’s that same background technique, stamped and stenciled and Grunge Pasted onto white cardstock and made into a super-simple card:

(The video will show you how to get that tinted Grunge Paste stenciling.)

I’ve used the following supplies:

  • Eclectica ESN52 stamp set
  • Stencil PS247
  • Stencil PS248
  • Grunge Paste
  • Smoothy card
  • PaperArtsy brayer
  • Fresco Finish paints: Limelight, Aquamarine, Peppermint and Frosty
  • Versafine Clair in Nocturne
  • Stippling brush (or stencil brush)
  • Distress Splatter brush (also known as the Alcohol Ink Splatter Brush)
  • Craft mat

James at Stampers Grove has all the necessary stamps, stencils, paints and more. Do have a wander over to see, and don’t forget you can watch the live demo too!
