(Of course, you’ve all made me really hungry for dessert and I’ve just eaten a rather large portion of chocolate thanks to these posts!)
Here’s how scientific the drawing was: I literally put everyone’s name into our salad bowl, then asked Keith (who was doing something on his computer—how exciting are we on Friday night?) to pull a name at random.

(Just a side note, Gale’s favorite dessert is her mom’s apple pie with homemade crust and I have this gorgeous vision in my head.)
Again, thanks so much to all of you for posting. I will also do a giveaway from the first 10 people to sign up for the class—Creative Workshops will select one person at random (I’m sure they have a more professional process than I do) and I’ll send that person a nice big collage pack of text paper, vintage ribbons, buttons and ephemera.

PS The pies were a vision, indeed. Tall crusts sparkling with sugar and dashes of cinnamon. The best pie I’ve ever eaten. 🙂
