Stencil Brayered Backgrounds with Izink, how to do it—

Place the stencil on the craft sheet. Deposit a few drops each of Mimosa and Lotus inks onto the craft sheet. Blend with the brayer, then brayer the ink over the stencil. Place a piece of white cardstock on top and press, then lift. Let the cardstock dry.

While the ink is still on the craft sheet, slip a second piece of white cardstock underneath the stencil and use a damp baby wipe to blend the remaining ink through the stencil. Remove the stencil and let the cardstock dry.

Press the Reglisse inkpad onto the craft sheet and mist with water to create a watery wash. Use the waterbrush to spatter black ink onto both stenciled backgrounds. Let dry.

Stamp a bird with black ink, then use the waterbrush to paint in the stamped image with Lotus and Mimosa inks.

For the For You card:

Trim the stenciled background and mat on blue and black cardstocks, then glue to the card front.

Die cut an oval piece of white cardstock and stamp “for you”. Cut out the bird and foam-tape it above the sentiment. Die cut a larger oval and glue to the stenciled background.
Add gemstone embellishments and a bow tied in blue twine.

For the You are a Blessing card: Die cut the stenciled background into an oval, then ink the outside edges with black. Stamp the bird with black onto the background, then paint in with Mimosa.

Stamp “you are a blessing” onto white cardstock, then mat on yellow, black and blue cardstocks. Add the oval in the center. Glue to the card front. Tie a bow in blue twine and glue as shown.
