Today’s Facebook Live is all about using PaperArtsy Infusions to create an easy background and color your stamped focal piece.
Eclectica Love You Card with Infusions, what you need:
- PaperArtsy Infusions: A Bit Jaded, Slime, Emerald Isle
- PaperArtsy stamps: Eclectica ESN32 (heart); Eclectica ESN34 (leaves)
- Fresco Finish Chalk Acrylic Paint: Vintage Lace (PaperArtsy)
- Jet Black Archival ink (Ranger)
- Smooth white cardstock
- Oval cutting die
- Brayer
- Paintbrush or water brush
- Water mister
- Sequins
- Foam tape
- Craft sheet (I prefer white so I can see the colors I’m using)
Eclectica Love You Card with Infusions, how to make it:
Spritz the craft sheet with water, then deposit a little bit of each Infusions color. Press the white cardstock into the watery medium. Lift. You can either let this dry, or add more water or more Infusions, depending on the look you want.
Let the piece dry, then use black ink to stamp the leaves randomly on top.
Brayer white cardstock with Vintage Lace paint. Once dry, stamp the heart image on top. Stamp the image onto a second piece of white cardstock. Die cut this piece into an oval.
Use watery Slime and Emerald Isle to paint in various parts of each design. Cut out the Vintage Lace heart and foam tape it onto the white heart. Add to the stamped background, then add sequins as shown. Glue to the front of a white card blank.
