A battered old wooden gate between mossy stone pillars…I just want to open it and go through, don’t you? I love the contrast in texture between the gate and the stone, and how the gray-brown of the wood and stone look against that lush green background. Photographed (with my phone!) at a lakeside farmhouse in Germany last summer.
